Many have told me they were inspired by reading
The Case for Christ by Lee Strobel. It is the story of how an investigative journalist set out to debunk the story of Jesus and, as a result of the information he unearthed for himself became a believer.
Perhaps this modern book will have as much success as The Quest of the Historical Jesus had when Albert Schweitzer researched the same premise in 1904. Albert Schweitzer became a dedicated Missionary to Africa after writing his "expose". Both books are shelved under Dewey Decimal Number 232 on the West side of the Library.
Lee Strobel has just published his investigation into what Scientists, Cosmologists and Biologists are discovering about the origins of our planet and life on it. The Case for God might amaze you with Lee Strobel's findings about the complex, manifestly purposeful order that pervades nature. This book may be found under DD# 212.1 STR on the South shelves of the library.
